  • That mostly depends on the scope of your project and how much support you’re looking for along the way.

The Mainstay is best for remodels and larger projects with a lot of moving pieces — kitchens, bathrooms, phased home updates, or projects where you’d like more comprehensive guidance from concept through implementation.

The Daylight Session is designed for focused, collaborative design help in a shorter timeframe. It’s a great fit for clients who want to make meaningful progress quickly on things like furnishings, layouts, paint colors, finish selections, or pulling a space together without committing to full-service design.

The Design Line is ideal for smaller ongoing projects and flexible design support around the home — sourcing furniture and accessories, refreshing a space over time, tackling smaller DIY-friendly updates, or simply having a designer to call when design questions pop up.

And if you’re not completely sure where your project fits yet, that’s very normal. Many clients start with one service and transition into another as their project evolves.

  • Full Service Design is a more comprehensive, hands-on process intended for larger or more involved projects — things like remodels, layout changes, kitchens, bathrooms, or multi-room projects where you’d like support managing the many details and decisions along the way.

This type of work typically includes a deeper level of planning, selections, drawings, coordination, and overall project development.

My fixed-rate and hourly services are intentionally more flexible. They’re a great fit for clients who need focused design guidance without committing to a larger full-service process. That might include furnishing selections, cosmetic updates, paint and material guidance, layout help, styling, or smaller projects throughout the home.

    In general:

    • Full Service Design offers more structure and comprehensive project support.

    • Fixed-rate and hourly services offer more flexibility and collaboration for smaller-scale or evolving projects.

If you’re unsure where your project falls, I’m always happy to help point you in the right direction.

  • The Daylight Session is a focused, high-impact design day. We spend dedicated time together tackling a specific space or set of goals, and clients typically walk away with a clear plan, direction, and momentum.

The Design Line is more flexible and ongoing. Instead of one concentrated session, it’s designed for clients who want design guidance over time — whether that’s sourcing furnishings, refining spaces little by little, getting help with smaller updates, or having a designer available as questions come up around the home.

  • The Daylight Session is a collaborative, in-home design intensive designed to create clarity and momentum quickly.

Depending on your goals, we might work through layouts, furnishings, styling, paint colors, storage ideas, material selections, or solutions for spaces that just aren’t functioning the way you want them to.

The session includes a pre-session planning call, dedicated design time in your home, and follow-up notes afterward so you leave with a clearer direction and actionable next steps.

It’s ideal for clients who want expert guidance and fresh ideas without committing to a full-service project.

  • Absolutely. Not every project needs to be a full-scale renovation.

Some clients come to me for a single room refresh, furnishing help, paint colors, lighting updates, storage solutions, or guidance pulling a space together over time. Others are tackling larger remodels and want more comprehensive support.

I especially love helping clients improve the way their homes function — whether that means a full kitchen redesign or simply making a smaller space feel more intentional, organized, and easier to live in.

  • Definitely. Many clients prefer to approach their homes one space or one layer at a time.

That might mean starting with furnishings before a future remodel, updating a bathroom now and saving the kitchen for later, or slowly refining spaces as budgets, timing, and life evolve.

I’m very used to helping clients create plans that feel realistic, approachable, and flexible enough to grow

  • Not at all. In fact, most clients reach out somewhere in the middle of:

    • “I know something isn’t working.”

    • “I have too many ideas.”

    • “I don’t know where to start.”

Part of my job is helping you sort through priorities, clarify your goals, and figure out what level of support makes the most sense for your home and lifestyle.

You don’t need a perfect plan before reaching out — just a starting point.

“The details are not the details.

They make the design.”
